How does your base and commission model work?
We charge a base management fee plus a commission on marketplace revenue. The base covers strategy, account management and operational work. The commission means we share the upside as your sales grow. It's how we keep our incentives aligned with yours, and it's why we care as much about year-three performance as year-one.

Do You Only Work On Amazon?
Amazon is our core. It's the world's largest product search engine, operating in over 20 countries, and the most proven launchpad for brands going global. But we also work across Chewy, Target and Walmart.com where it makes sense for the brand. We're channel-agnostic in our thinking; we're just Amazon-specialists in our execution, and believe their robust self-service supply chain services are very friendly to new market entrants in particular.
How Long Before We See Results?
It depends where you're starting from. A brand launching on Amazon for the first time should expect 3 to 6 months to build the foundation and see meaningful traction. A brand that's already live but underperforming can often see structural improvements within 60 to 90 days. We'll be honest with you about the timeline before we start, and we'll show you what "good" looks like at each stage so you're never guessing.
How Much Do I Need To Invest In Amazon Advertising?
This is a great question, and is a case of ‘it depends’, based on what Amazon market you’re launching in, your existing brand traffic in-market, your customer acquisition costs and likely rate of repeat purchase once live. New brands launching into Amazon USA can expect to spend US$3,000 to 5,000 a month if looking to grow quickly on Amazon USA, but you can spend as much as or little as you want given it’s a self-service marketplace.
