Amazon US launched
Full fulfilled-by-merchant (FBM) setup via a domestic US third-party logistics partner (3PL), running alongside FBA. Entire US catalogue, content, and ad structure built before a single dollar of ad spend.
Mid 2024–25
Chewy catalogue preparation
